If you need or want to contact us, the easiest and quickest way is to use our Contact Help Form for Dennis which you will find on just about every page and it looks like this one below, which is available to use right now if you want or need to (no cost or obligation involved):
Want to Contact Us? and What Happens When You Do?
Dennis will reply directly to your contact message be it feedback or something wrong or something else, so you may get a reply within an hour or so.
Or, as I'm sure you can imagine, there may be a cluster of contact messages or other things that make a swift reply impossible.
In which case, you will still get a fast response explaining that in order to do justice to your contact it may take us longer to reply given the current workload.
If that is necessary, Dennis will give you an estimated time of arrival for his reply.
Usually, this will be in terms of hours not days.
And, for some reason, if that doesn't work out like that, what do I do?
That's a fair and important point. Fortunately, it rarely happens.
But emails can get 'lost', finish up in a spam box rather than an inbox etc.
If you haven't had an email from Dennis, either replying or saying when he expects to reply, within say 24 hours, allowing for time zone differences whereby either you or Dennis may be fast asleep for 8 hours, please resend your Contact Form letting us know that you still want to contact us
This Want to Contact Us page really is of high value to us with your Contact Messages
And why is that?
Because:
You're the reason this website exists and
If we can help you, to help yourself, that's why we exist and
We need your comments and feedback to improve and get better at helping people to realise more of their potential and
We need your reactions and, if justified, your criticisms to help us learn and
We need a trusting relationship to benefit us both and we can't build one without you, on our own and
With your help, we intend to 'survive and thrive'.
We understand that when you want to contact us you have a message or feedback for us
And, as the old saying goes:
feedback is the breakfast of champions.
It is easy to see this operating with sports champions etc. but for a website about inspiring mentoring? Really?
Yes, it is equally as important if not more so.
WHY?
Think of it this way.
How do we know if we are doing a great job, making a worthwhile difference, and that we will thrive and survive?
We can work hard writing web pages, designing learning experiences, preparing videos etc. but without your feedback we are only guessing that this will be useful for you.
We don't actually know do we? How can we?
In a nutshell, we don't know but YOU DO.
YOU know whether it has been valuable to you to visit our website or whether it's been a waste of time.
You know how you feel about what we're saying. You know how our ideas will help and fit with your reality or not.
Only you know if we're out of touch with what you really need to solve your problems or to help you succeed.
We can't know unless you tell us or we get no visitors at all to our website. In which case, quite rightly, we will be out of business.
If you choose not to tell us, or we make it hard for you to do so, our future is insecure. You do us a big favour by sharing your honest feedback, especially if you think our website is 'rubbish'!!
We won't be pleased with ourselves if that is your view but you will have created for us an opportunity to be better, and realise more of our potential, which is priceless and makes our future more secure.
AND WE THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THAT.
Yes, very good but what about 'Mr. Murphy's Law'; if something can go wrong, it will?
Having 'been round the block' a few times, I am a great admirer of 'Murphy's Law'.
Should the above approach, logical as it may be, be completely eliminated by some force outside our control, and you want to contact us, I hope you will be able to email directly to me at:
mentori5@mentoringandmentorship.com
We are looking forward to hearing from you and to learning from and with you.
Take care,
have fun,
kindest regards from Yorkshire,
Dennis
