The key players are a Mentor(s) and a Mentee (s); a senior formal Leader to whom they report for Leadership and Mentoring accountability; their local leaders in your business; and everyone else you employ

3. How does it work?

The Mentor(s) and mentee(s) and Leaders agree on success criteria and a plan of action which includes them meeting up regularly to achieve it

4. What is needed to set it up successfully?

You will need to ‘recruit’ a Mentor(s) and a Mentee(s); agree some boundaries/success criteria with them; agree on a review and accountability process and agree a timescale

10. Why does it matter that mentoring is a complex adaptive system?
