work?
The Mentor(s) and mentee(s) and Leaders agree on success criteria and a plan of action which includes them meeting up regularly to achieve it

What is needed to set it up successfully?
You will need to ‘recruit’ a Mentor(s) and a Mentee(s); agree some boundaries/success criteria with them; agree on a review and accountability process and agree a timescale
