We use the following working definition of mentoring: Mentoring is a shared learning process to help others to help themselves to release and realise more of their potential.

This definition creates a much more transforming role and process than the traditional one of guidance based on ‘cloning’ the Mentor.

In Summary:

All 9 of the points above transcend ‘talking shop’ words and promises (e.g. ‘we’ve heard all this before’) and facilitates behaviour not done TO or FOR employees but done WITH employees.


Our OD and Mentoring processes of facilitating these real changes without resistance means that your employees will also change their mindsets and attitudes without resistance........

and because your employees will change of their own volition, your employees are very likely to astonish you…….and themselves.
